This is a wonderful project working with ROAR architects in Highgate. A complete renovation of a contemporary house built around 15 years ago. The house occupies a prime site with open views to playing fields to the front and a largely private, steeply sloping & surprisingly extensive rear garden with numerous balcony areas. Despite the scope of the garden areas, there is currently almost no ‘garden’ or soft landscaping.

The proposals look to restore the balance between hard and soft landscaping to the same, high level, of specification as the interiors, creating a series of garden spaces that allow the family to fully enjoy the potential of the site
